I play in the server and I see 1 player using SILENT CHEAT+SPEED HACK+CT-SHILD, after BANNING him he come back in the server after 1 minute, after that I BAN his IP and he did not come in the server some time, after when his BAN time expired he start use again, the same cheats, so he get IP BAN again, for 1 day..

Next time you will get BAN for using SILENT CHEAT+SPEED HACK+CT-SHILD in the server 1 week, Permanenty, plus LEVEL reset back to 1..
